Emergency temporary hot water over weekend
After our hot water cylinder carked it late on a Friday afternoon recently these guys came to our rescue! They were at our place within minutes to install a temporary electric hot water system so we could at least shower over the weekend until they could replace the whole system the following week. A very thorough job, not only to replace the gas cylinder but also all the old pipework, regulator, gas bottle chains etc that were no longer up to spec. They went above & beyond & would not hesitate to use their service again. Thanks Kelly’s!

Neat pipework created extra cupboard space
Roughly 2 years ago we had Kelly’s Hot Water supply install a new hot water unit. They did an excellent job. About a month ago we had a new underslung sink with a new tap. The existing pipe work & waste pipes took up a heap of room in the cupboard. I rang Kelly’s to see if they could sort it for us, without hesitation the answer was yes. One of their tradesmen came around to have a look, his reaction was that yes we can do it and I will be back tomorrow with the parts I need to sort your problem. Sure enough Tim came back as promised and a couple of hours later he had finished. What a great job he did, we now have a lot more room in the cupboard and a very neat set of pipe work. Thank you Kelly’s & Tim for a job very well done. If we ever need plumbing done again Kelly’s will be the first number we ring.

Many thanks to owner Lisa and her professional tradesman Ian who came out to fix a few things. Second opinion saved time and money
Had our hot water system not working this morning, rang another company was told the unit will need replacing “too technical to repair” was the answer. Rang Kelly’s…. Was told nothing is too technical or not replaceable, they were out within the hour!! Went out of their way to organise another appointment to fit ours in as we were not home in the afternoon, they had our hot water system all sorted by lunch. Lovely staff and professional tradesman. A great local business truly recommend Kellys hot water gas & air. Keep up the great work guys.

Owner cared and saved us thousands
Can’t thank Kellys enough for looking after us. Our air con broke on a 40 degree day and after almost being scammed $9k from another company (Metropolitan Gas and Air) and waiting 2 weeks to even get anyone out, Lisa listened to our situation and called me immediately telling me to get the other guy off my roof because they were known for scamming people who don’t know any better! Desperate and 9 months pregnant, Lisa was able to get someone out for me the very next business day and the quote was a third of what I nearly gave over to Metropolitan. Had to wait another 2 weeks to get our evap installed due to busy summer period however the whole process was seamless and Lisa checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was okay. Unheard of these days for the actual business owner to show so much genuine care for people (even before I had committed to anything with them). So grateful and will be using them for all our gas and plumbing moving forward. Thanks again words aren’t enough!

Best in town with impeccable workmanship
I will not go to anyone else in town! Our hot water system died so I called Kelly’s and they were out to us within the hour to check to see if it could be fixed… unfortunately it was beyond repair (15 years old) so they gave me 3 options (to suit all budgets!) The system was replaced and we have hot water again! What can I say, absolutely amazing service. We had Geoff out many moons ago when Kelly’s was new to Mandurah. I was so impressed with the respect he showed in our home, by putting booties over his shoes to come in the house. Well nothing has changed! We had a water leak, and Lisa pointed me in the right direction with a leak detector person and then Regan, their son, came and fixed the leak the same day. Same-day leak fix at great price
I was so impressed with the service I received that I had to leave a positive review. I called at 9:30am on a Monday, hoping to be able to get someone out to fix a leak at some time during the week. I was given 12-2pm that day and when I asked for a phone call 15 minutes prior to arriving to ensure I could leave work, that was no problem. I received a call at 12:55pm, raced home to find Zac waiting patiently. He identified the issue and fixed it in no time and I nearly fell over when he said the price – in a good way! I was expecting to need to donate a kidney to pay for the repair and it was actually as cheap as chips. Zac was lovely, gave some good advice for future and was on his way in a flash. It is becoming so rare to get good quality service at a reasonable price but I definitely received that. Thanks Kelly’s, I’ll be calling you first time every time now.
